what is lighter, the 68/4500 psi crossfire tank, or the 70/4500 psi stubby?

I would assume the 68/45 is lighter, but the difference is so small that its unnecessary to base your decision off of weight.

Yes, basically what he said. The 68ci. would technically be lighter due to less mass/volume, the shape of the tank is irrelevant.
