I don't paintball all that often (about once every month or two) and I was wondering if it is ok to store my CO2 that i have left in my tank for that long? I just want to make sure this isn't bad for my tank.

it's fine. keep it away from furnace registers and direct sunlight or it will overpressurize and empty itself.
