I got one on eBay for cheap and I want to make sure it will work with my Spyder VS1. It was previously used with an invert mini. The guy who sold it didn't know if it was high pressure or low pressure, but I need a high pressure one. If anyone can help out it would be great!!! The picture that was with the auction is attached.

it may be lp if it was used on a mini. if you've got another gauge, remove the stopper on the side exactly opposite of the gauge that's in it and install the new one. Make sure the gauge is at least a 1k gauge, but dont' get much higher or it'll be difficult to tell that pressure it's putting out. That lpugged gauge port will tell you thhe tanks output pressure. if it's around 800-900 it's high pressure, if not, it's low pressure

I don't have another gauge to check it on, I've only used CO2 in the past. Would I be able to check it a local paintball store? And if it is low pressure, is there any to change it to high pressure??

if it's low pressure you can swap out the regulator for a HP one. A local shoudl should be able to help you out.
