I have a 9 oz tank, and whenever I try to refill the CO2 just immediately exits out of the tank, and does not get stored in the tank. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Replace the pin valve?

If it leaks while filling the tank its the burst disk.

Unified 2500 CO2HPA PSI Burst Disc
or
Unified 3000 CO2 & HPA PSI Burst Disc

Depends which is currently on your tank. I suggest using the same pressure limit as the one already on your tank. (there are 4 or 5 different options)

If it leaks out after unscrewing it from the Fill adapter it is the Pin Riddler is speaking of.
