ya they have not made max flows in a while so if the tank is as old as the mount system its probably coming up on the grave.
however what you are looking as is a mount system that honestly was never all that popular, IF by chance that is a standard dovetail mount it is fairly straight forward, all you would need is a 2-hole direct mount to dovetail converter and then the regulator mount will bolt straight onto that. If it is not a standard dovetail mount you are pretty much up a creek without knowing exactly what it is (and even then parts are going to be hard to find) but your best bet would be a new regulator for the tank so it can screw into a standard ASA but if the tank is coming up on the grave then it would just be better to find a different tank
