hpa/nitro fill station set up??

how do u set up a hpa/nitro fill station on a scuba tank i wasnt to start filling my own tank but dont want to run to the store to fill it all the time (help most if u had pix)

When dealing with something as potentially dangerous as compressed air or CO2 you would be much better off (safer) to find someone certified in filling to teach you. There are many important safety steps that get glossed over when people with good intentions but little training try to explain filling procedures.
