thoday i went to the field and i decided id get my hp tank topped off before i left. so i went to the fill station and got all set up ands he only filled my tank a little and then when i disconnected my tank it started to hiss and leak i took it back to the guy and said it wont do thaty if u put it on ur gun. i told him that i wasnt going to put it back on my gun and he said not to worry about it so i put my thread saver back on it and went home i just checked it (about two hours from when i took it to be filled) and its nearly on zero. i asked the guy and he said that there was nothing wrong with my tank or reg and he said there wasnt can someone tell me whats going on and please dont flame but this is a 3A tank and reg

i've had that problem many times. I would try replacing the fill nipple to see if that fixes it, you might just have a bad one. Of course when you do this make sure you know what you're doing and that the tank is completely empty before you take it off. My tank kept doing this even with the new fill nipples so i have to ship it back ot the company, but you should try replacing it first.

this was the first time i used the thing did this happen to u too on ur first time out with u tank and how do u replace the fill nippple dont u have to replace the whole reg unit

no, i've had my tank for a while before this happened. If it's new then i'd check with 3A, if they're nice (which i doubt) they'll help you out for free since it's a new tank that doesn't work. and you can just replace the fill nipple without replacing the reg unit it should unscrew

nevermind i found out the problem what happened was the internal oring had gotten outta place and just needed to be hit back into place by hitting the needle on the top so its all good in the hood
