High/Low Regulator??

I have been thinking about getting a compressed air system for my Spyder Flash LCD. I really don't have any internal mods except for a ACI Stage 4 Expansion Chamber. I was looking around to get a 68 cu 4500 psi tank from 3a-Paintball. I have already bought a set of Knock Out Barrel's from them and it only took a week to delivery, hence I know they are reliable. Although in the options menu it asks either if I want a High Pressure (800-850psi) Regulator or a Low Pressure (450-500psi) Regulator. What is the difference between the two? I am completely stuck on this one and need some help here! Thanks!

If you're set on getting the 3A, then what they are asking is wether or not you want the output pressure of the regulator on the tank to be HP, or LP.

I fully recommend you selecting the HP because Spyder's run on a rather high operating pressure that it gets from the output pressure of the tank. If you were to get the LP tank, your Spyder would not be recieving enough air pressure for it to maintain cocking fully, and recocking after each shot. In other words, the Spyder wouldn't be recieving enough airflow to work. So that is why you need the HP preset tank.
