i believe what you have is a gas mix. you need liquid CO2 100%. you will also need one with a syphon or dip tube installed. ask your welding supply they can help you with any questions.

It might work. What's the mix gas?

Liquid Co2 in a large tank might be cheaper in the long run though. At a local hardware store they do a 25lb cylinder exchange for $12 once you buy your own tank ($60ish)

well the guy at kingman is wrong! what you have is a GAS not LIQUID. you need a LIQUID CO2 tank, fill station and a scale that can read oz.

what we have is a liquid co2 and argon mix so all we have to get is a syphon tank and the station and gauge thanks.

You could probably make do without a syphon tube if you tip the tank valve downwards before filling. I think it actually makes filling easier since you don't have all of the gas in the syphon tube pressurizing the PB tank before you get to the liquid. There's a slightly higher chance of getting debris into the PB tank but it hasn't been a problem for me yet. Good luck to you.
