there is a tube put into your co2 tank that is angled in such a way that it only allows the gas co2 in the top of the tank to enter your gun. seriously improves consistency and won't screw up your internals.

ya, it basicly prevents any liquid co2 to enter your gun. Probably a good, cheap investment if you want to protect your gun
