these are on xpaintball and what are the differences.

As far as "which is best" it's all personal preference. It has nothing to do with the marker you're mounting it on. Try all three if you can, if you can't see if you can at least hold one marker with a uni/rail and one with a drop/cradle. See which feel you like better. No one can really pick but you.
