I'm not sure of you question, could you re-phrase that?

do you mean un screw the tank so air doesent leak out? well if thats your question, its not possible, fact of life with c02...less you have an on/off

Your question makes no sense. Co2 is inconsistent so you wont get more psi out of your tank by unscrewing something...

There isn't much you can do on the tank itself to control pressure. CO2 is a self-regulating gas. The pin valve simply let's it out at whatever pressure is in the bottle. (Which can vary depending on temperature.) As for messing with the pin valve assembly, I don't recommend it.

Even though the flow may not be the same tank to tank the pressure is the same when not firing. The only way to increase the pressure in the tank is to heat it up which isn't really recommended. It sounds almost like you have an obstruction in the valve area. If you don't mind spending a bit of money you could take it to an airsmith to check out. Before that though try screwing the bottle into the ASA just past where you hear the gas vent instead of all the way into the asa. The design of yours might be restricting the flow if tightened.

as a good rule of thumb: Never mess with a tank. you could cause a leak, or a crack which could hurt some1. Have an airsmith do all tank work for you! trust me.
