Hey it seems as if everytime i fill my 9 oz co2 bottle it blows the burst disc. Did i just get a faulty tank? I let it sit and the next time i go to use it theres no air and when they try to fill it the disc is blown.
Get HPA, it will solve all your problems But seriusly, you might have got a faulty tank as you said, just buy a new tank, Co2 tanks arnt that much, and a 9oz tank had to be pretty cheap.

There are 2 different types of burst discs, but the lowest disc is rated for 1800psi.
THIS MEANS that, either your room was 120f, or your tank was overfilled by about 20%.
A normal 9oz, filled properly, will never blow at 100f.
Remember, the tanks are black, SO KEEP THEM OUT of the sun. Also, ALWAYS, ALWAYS watch them fill your tank. NEVER allow them to overfill, since discs cost money!
