You need a scale also. You need to be able to wiegh the tank so you dont over fill it. I would have a professional show you how to properly fill the tanks.

That reminds me of the time I went to a crappy hick field out in the middle of nowhere with a few of my friends, anyway, his "proshop" was in an old school bus with all the seats taken out. Well I went in for a Co2 fill (he didnt have HPA, so I had to bust out the old anti-siphon) and he was sitting behind his little desk. The guy was so freakin lazy hes like "alright, Imah have you do it yourself, just grab that hose and screw it on the top of your tank" so I'm following his directions, holding my "bomb" in my hand, scared ****less, and he doesnt even have me use a scale. He was just like "shake it around so it gets nice and full." Damn hillbillys[/Story]

tl;dr You suck at life, and I hope your balls fall off while you sleep.

Yeah, we had some great proshop owners where I live and they taught us how to fill. Even showed us how to fill without the scales, we've gotten so good at it now we never use the scales. Which, yeah it is dangerous, I wouldn't reccomend it. We are just crazy.

you will need to get a syphon tube installed in the tank as well. most welding co2 tanks dont have them. if you start to fill the tank and it doesnt fill, lay the tank down and try it again if it fills the tank then you need a tube.
