Will I be ok in the winter?

Hey guys, I currently have an Eforce with a gas through and a bottomline attached to it. I also use a 9 oz CO2 tank. My big issue is that I really like having a little tank on the back. I've used the bigger tanks and i felt uncomfortable with them and they were heavier than I cared for. Now, will using the CO2 and a gas thru grip make me better off with c02 than I would be without it, and will the gas thru make my gun more usable during winter. As I said, I really like the small small 9 oz CO2 and i would really like to use it.

The size of the CO2 tank won't make a difference. The gas-thru grip will help for the expansion of CO2 from a liquid to a gas but a palmer stabilzer would help much more in creating less of a CO2 cloud.

Maybe that helps, i was a little confused by your post.

i used to play in the winter back when i used c02. its to much of a hassle than its worth. the cloud is huge, the tank starts to freeze so you have to put a sock over it or sumthing, and its just annoying. getting hpa will be a good investment that you will be very happy with. 48/3000 tanks are pretty cheap anyways, and just a little bit bigger than a 9oz c02.

Not only would HPA not freeze, it would be better for your marker and give you better efficiency. Better efficiency = better accuracy. In the winter, using Co2 is innacurate as hell. I hated it. But that Gas thru grip isnt gonna do much at all. At least get an expansion chamber, or the palmer stab as stated before. But yeah its a big hassel having your gun freeze up and all.
