I am a newbie to HPA, I've used CO2 before, but this is my first. I have a 68/4500 Pure Energy Tank and I was wondering what happens when it runs out of air, because I know about a Co2 tank, I was wondering if it was the same. I won't see because I have about 3000 left and that would just be wasting air. Any help would be great, Thanks!

Well, what happens when a CO2 tank runs out? Your gun sputters? You get a bust of air? The burst of air isnt' from the tank, but from teh air already inside your gun and the air hoses.

When a HPA tank runs out, your gun will sputter or just won't recock at all. Just like normal tanks. Then you go to get them refilled.

Please inform me of "what happens when it runs out of air, because you know about a Co2 tank"... What do you think is the same? Kinda worded funnay.

when my gun ran out of hpa the shots just got shorter and shorter till i couldnt shoot.

one advantage that HPA has over c02. once u start to get low on c02 (not when ur completely out) your pballs start to lob and curve. but HPA will last until ur last shot but the paintballs dont go anywhere on ur last couple of shots.

once it gets below like 1000psi or so you will notice a droppage of your shots... but other than that its not much different from co2. basically once its empty, you go fill it. and the cool with with HPA is that you can leave the tank on your gun when getting filled, because its filled through the nipple... so no more taking it on and off
