HP tanks vs LP tanks

I know there are two types of tanks that have different outputs for nitro, HP and LP. I have a 68/4500 CF HP tank right now and I'm not sure how many shots I'll get off of it.

My question is: will a LP nitro tank last longer (in shots) than a HP nitro tank of the same size (LP 68/4500 vs HP 68/4500)??

in any gun with a secondary (inline) regulator, they will last the same. in a gun like a blowback, the lp will be far less efficient and be used up faster. keep the hp, it will work with any gun, because now days they either have an inline reg or they are low end like blowbacks and tippmans (and can easily run un-regulated).

Keep the HP. They are recommended for Imps. You always know there is going to be air ready and waiting after each shot. With LP presets you will not always be certain that there is going to be air ready and waiting after each shot, expecially during long strings of paint. This can result in shootdown/pressure drop off/gauge fluctuation from the regulator, especially if it is dirty which means a slow recharge rate which would be exactly what you don't want at that time.

Besides, I think I heard that you might get a little more shots from the HP tank for some reason. But they are probably around the same amount of shots with either.

I'm not sure the first post in this thread answered my question, but helpful nonetheless.

Thanks
