1. weight, scm comes stock 04 is a little shorter i believe
2. 700-800 for '03, 8-900 '04 depends on condition, ups, etc.
3. no but always good to have

1. 04's are 8/10 of a pound lighter, ther are shorter, more rounded near the breech than the 03's also have new bolt, ram, and scm.

2. 03's 600-700 04's 850-1000

3. not a must but viking are limited if you dont, eyes remove bps cap and make it so much better.

Honestly I think the best upgrade (eyes and pandora don't count as upgrades to me. They should be standard) I got was the Mitey Max. It makes the recoil feel like a Matrix and increases efficiency too. I highely suggest this piece of equipment, and for 40 dollars it is a steal.
