cleaning gloves/knee pads?

can i just throw them in the washer? i have dye C4 gloves and dye core knee pads.

would they shrink significantly? the gloves are a bit big anyway...

would the heat from the dryer cause the plastic/rubber parts to melt?

should i just hand wash em in the sink?

thanks
