Knee pad question

I really didn't know what section to put this under, so sorry if this is the wrong section.

I have some Dye Core knee pads that i got for a really good deal (12 bucks brand new) and there really nice, but everyone said to get them big. My really skinny friend has the XL pads so i bought the XXL pads. When i first got them they were perfect, but now that they streched out alot, they slip off. Will washing them in hot water and then drying them quickly in the dryer make them shrink a little bit?

How about getting the size that fits you... Kneepads and elbow pads should be snug.

Eh, I use volley ball knee pads under my clothes for woods ball. Only $7 a pair, so they're easily replaced.

Just wrap some atheletic tape around the tops and bottom after you put them on. They'll stay in place fine.
