Correctly adjusting a 3-point trigger....

I have a 3-point adjustable trigger on my NME. I'm having some trouble getting it the way I want it. I'm not sure if you guys can help me, but I'm gonna try. I want the trigger like a mouseclick. Short, snappy, and with not a lot of tension, but with a quick return.

How should I adjust the trigger to get it that way? I can adjust post-travel distance, switch activation point, and return tension. I can't get the tension to quickly return the trigger without causing too much resistance on the pull. Any suggestions, or should I just take it to the shop and have the guy adjust it to my liking (while I'm there)?

*I'll turn the debounce up if I get bounce*
