JT Slammer

So I got a JT Slammer Harness. It says to use the slammer pods, but can I use regular pods? If so, any recommendations?

That's fine since I don't plan on using a remote. But I figure I'll take all of your advice and see what fits best. Do you guys buy your pods online or locally?
