I am looking to buy Evil or Dye pants online so I want to make sure that I get the right size. I am a 31 waist, 5'9 and none of that is changing anytime soon.

I read online that medium Evil pants are 33-38 waist and Dye medium are 28-32. I have heard from some people that you should get one size up but I'm worried that the medium Evil pants will be too big. I am also not sure if Dye medium will be too small.

Is there any rule on size for this? Any suggestions? Thanks
