Try e-bay... There are tons of mil-spec molle based gear auctions there.

Take a good look at RAP4 equipment -- they make some of the highest quality and functional gear.

They sell a zip up paintball vest with 2+2 pod holders in the front + optional additions -- I just received mine today and it's very nice. I got woodland camo just like you're looking for.
