not that I know of no, BUT, paintball equipment is designed to be long and baggy anyway so you may not have an issue. if nothing else just get one size up from a shirt size that fits your shoulders and do the same on the pants (waist size) most pants can be tightened down by a decent margin (velcro straps on the sides of many of them means the actual waist size can be tightened in)
another side note, if it is your first time and first year playing, dont worry about the clothing. Yes it helps but it is not going to make a noticeable difference for your first year or so. Wear some baggy jeans and t shirt/sweatshirst and you will get a lot of the same benefits. Beyond that a lot of the clothing has padding to help with slides but again if this is your first year you will not be doing a lot of that anyway so why bother? the pants especially are VERY expensive(most in the $150 range new) and if you are thinking about gear you are better off spending it on other things (like a thermal mask) over clothing that is very expensive and not going to give you many benefits over what you have in your closet right now
Welcome to the sport, what marker did you get?
