I found an ad in PGI for Custom Sports Gear (http://store.customsportsgear.com/), which does custom dye sublimation (dyed in lettering/designs, not iron-ons). The products range from jerseys, to pants, to barrel condoms and headbands. Our team, Volition, is considerng purchasing the 5man team package but we haven't heard any reviews of their work. Has anyone here had any experience with them or their products? For those of you searching for team jerseys, it my be worth your time to look.

One tip about custom jerseys, if you're designing from scratch- make sure you submit a vector file (like, Adobe Illustrator) for the full resolution of their printers. You can still make it in photoshop, so long as you put it through a program like Adobe Streamline that will break it back down to vector GFX. Just a tip.

If you want to be different, look for motocross jerseys. Some look really nice and hardly anyone has them. I like th Shift Mach 04 's Just look around. Some are really nice and not seen everyday like some paintball jerseys.
