for co2 drops are fine (like a 9oz or 12oz) but if you have a bigger tank you NEED a rail...otherwise your wrist/elbow sticks out soooooo much....i had that drop on my old blackdragon...it's one big mo fo

are uni-mounts those lil stubby things that dont move forward just make it lower? but anywayz,

Drops aren't just for looks. Drops are supposed to balance your gun so it won't be front heavy or back heavy. If your gun is balanced right behind the grip then it will be easier to snap shoot. IF your gun isn't balanced then after popping out and taking a quick 2 or 3 shots and coming back in, you still need to remember where he was at incase you didnt get him out. Keeping your gun in place after snapshooting will help you get a closer shot towards your target. example: you pop out, take 2 shots, come back in, If your shots were too much to the left, point your barrel a little bit more to the right and pop out again, and keep adjusting your barrel over and over again. But if it wasnt balanced then you'd pop out, take two shots. And when you come in its not in the same position as when you were shooting so now you have to guess again.

Uni-Mount Is an ASA Mounted Directly under your Grip.
