but have you oiled them?
same with the ram, if you dont put a few drops of oil in the asa then the ram orings will not get lubed.
an oring is like a condom, keep it lubed and it wont break, usually.

I know what you are talking about energizerbunny. If you are really looking for something different, let me know. I either have or can get what you are looking for.
I love cockers, always will, but my primary is an impulse. I know exactly what you are going threw.

and like i said before...if you really dont like it...i would be more than happy to take it off your hands lol

cockers can be frustrating, they need more attention then a dog. You need to know what your doin, or your cocker is screwed.

Same goes for girlfriends.
I had a cocker like this once... I almost had a brain anurism. The thing just refused to work. BUT I sold it. The next time I bought a cocker I learned about them first and I've never had problems again. Coincidence?
Don't sell the cocker. Don't think about it or look at it for 24 hours, and then read up on them at sites like this and the other ones listed in here and in the stickies. Heck, while you're reading the stickies, why not read them too?
Trust me. Keep the cocker. Take out the bolt, take off your gasline, and re teflon everything. Oil your bolt. Clean your barrel.
Also, if you post a picture of your feedneck it would help. What are the specs of your cocker?
Also- replace your o-rings. They can cause all sorts of problems. What kind of 3-way do you have? If you think you can handle it, remove the shaft and look inside the 3-way for any abrasions that would be tearing up o-rings.

I dont have much to say because all you guys said everything but yeah cockers are confusing but if you really care about your gun you wont care how confusing with it and dont be stupid and sell it...if you do sell it, get a WGP cocker they will last better.

nice trade
but for anyone else who reads this, I had problems with my cocker when i first got it.
I think this was because the maintenence for every gun takes time to get used to. Once i figured my gun out, I took it to the local shot for a tune up. It has worked great since then. =)

I said it before and i'll say it again...mainly because i like the quote...
A cocker is like a super model, its sexy and performs great...but if you don't pamper it correctly well then your skrewd...and not the good kind of skrewd.
