Karnivor for a front player
I was thinking about getting a Karnivor w/E2 but I heard that the timing for autocockers is easy to mess up. Would this happen with all the running, jumping, diving, and crawling that I would be doing as a front player? Or, would this marker still be a good choice?

alright first off, karnivor's are electronic, so you don't have to be worrying about any timing screw ups because everythings done electronically.
When your running, jumping, diving, and crawling you should have already timed your gun...
Timing is when your MECHANICAL autococker shoots like
s-start
f-fire
a-acutate
e-end
S---F-A---E
and a karnivor is ALWAYS a nice choice

Indeed. Now to figure out if I should get the karni w/E2 over a dm4. I started playing pb last year and have always wanted to get a dm4 but, I like the looks of the karni.

Except Karnivors are electronical, therefore telling him how a mechanical Autococker isn't all that necessary.
Once you get your Karnivor timed, which it should come timed from the factory, you will only have to adjust the sear about once a year or so. To do this just simply take out your bolt, slide a allenwrench down the hole behind the feedneck, and turn in whatever way would fix your problem. If you properly maintain your Autococker the only problem you should have is the battery For more information go to www.cockertech.com.

yeah i knwo telling him wasn't very necessary, but hey, teaching one cocker newb how to use cockers could spread out. And if any of us decide to leave the cocker family for the outside world (like many people who taught me had) then he can help out the cocker newb's

if you want a good front marker, grab an 03 shocker. They're really light and fast. Cockers are nice, but if you face plant over the snake you can kill your pneumatics. Shockers are just less external baggage (just the trigger basically...) to worry about breaking.

except shockers leak when you sneeze in the wrong direction. cocker might scratch up a bit more since theyre bigger, but an ecocker ain't gonna break on you

I don't play much front, but eh its light as almost anything out there, pretty low profile would make a fine front marker I'm sure.
