The best to clean it would be to get a bottle of canned air (the stuff used to clean keyboards), take out the eye, and spray. You can use an old rag also.

Do not use a paper towel or a 50/50 solution of water and rubbing acholol! Paper towels have synthetic fibers which will scrath your eyes, while the 50/50 solution will wear away the eye.

Take em out (if they're not glued in) and swab em w/ Q-tips)

The settings may be messed up. turn of your CTO adjust and up your load time by 5ms. racegun.dk has a great forum for these kind of problems.
