Master of Paint

Will a shroud for a 2k3 cocker fit on a 2k block? Reason I ask is I'm selling the shoud on ebay (guy before me got like 15$ for his...go figure) and a kid asked if this would fit.

If i'm not mistaken, I think that the blocks changed in 2000, and all blocks since then are the same.
