Have you tried adjusting the LPR pressure to make it cock?

And have you made sure your bolt is in right to make it shoot?

alright i didnt read the whole thread but this is my guess, i'll double post or edit this one after i read it and change my solution.

Paintballs rolling out of barrel
1.Small balls big barrel easy fix
2.Cocker not ReCocking. Your getting a good amount of air into your cocker but your cockers not recocking, to check this, recock it every time you fire. and see if the balls shoot out.

Leak through barrel
Cupseal is not sealing the valve: The hammer may be exerting force on the valve pin, keeping it open. Cock the marker first, then add air. Also, if it is a new cup seal, it may need a short break in period. Fire the marker 50 times or so to break it in.

Lack of oil: add 3-4 drops of oil into your ASA and dryfire the marker to distribute oil internally

inline reg: A reg that doesnt produce enough air pressure will not be able to exert enough force to press the cupseal the cup seal will not be able to close the valve.

Bad O-ring on Valve Body: There is an o-ring between teh body and the valve. Replace and lightly oil upon reassemblyl.

Valve installed incorrectly: The valve may be loose, installed correctly, or installed backwards. remove bottom set screw. and check if the valve is loose. If loose, tight valve jam nut. Make sure the larger hole is facing towards teh front of the marker.

Turn your LPR clockwise to recock your cocker

EDIT:EDIT:

alright well i didnt look up and see that you already fixed your gun

How far in is your IVG? You probably killed the spring. Get a spring kit, then put in a stiffer valve and hammer spring. They have to be of the same, or near, tension. If your hammer spring is a lot lighter than your valve spring, your hammer won't be able to open the valve enough to get good velocity. If your hammer spring is too heavy, you'll be blowing air like crazy.

yeah when it comes to WGP cockers, when the IVG is in too far the Velocity is killed and goes really low, just keep it in 2-3 threads in

internal velocity governor (velocity adjuster) its located underneath your bolt. Unscrew your cocking rod and you'll be able to see it. its the thing with the allen wrench hole that you use an allen to adjust the velocity...
