*90 Degree E-Blade Frame

I have access to a CNC and will be building a few of these for myself, however I was curious if there was any interest in something like this for anyone else since its worth my time for the effort of programing and setting up the tooling to make at least 25 or so of these.

The board will be dropped in no modification needed, the trigger is going to have to be custom since the way its hinged and the board orientation it'll need a straight switch to flip the sensor otherwise it would ram into the sides of the sensor. Basically I'm gonna pretty much copy the Samurai for it. Angel IR3 Style grips.

Reuse of all the e-blade screws and hardware (though I'd probably buy a screw kit since the adjustment screws and what not internally are not stainless and might be rusted).

If theres any interest in these lemme know, also any suggestions - I'm probably going to go with an oversize handguard, integrated rail, and some little things i really despise about e-blades like the lack of the hex wrench hole at the bottem of the trigger guard.

Probably won't have any ready for at least a month or so.

Sounds pretty neat, when you get some pics of the prototypes, send me a PM.

Sounds cool. What marker of your are you doing this to? The Pink Lady or the Karni? I'm curious to see what either of those would look like with a 90* frame.

Make it to accept all 90* grips, not like how the current E-Blade is. Put in an intergrated snatch grip if it's for your Karni, most tournaments will require you to have a beavertail on Autocockers with cocking rods. You could make an intergrated beavertail with snatch grip too if it's for your Pink Lady.

Probably neither, since the karni has a reverse 15* which would make it rather akward, and the Pink lady I try and keep all original (I even splurged to have Eclipse anno me a matching on/off since I didn't have one =P). I'm working on a midblock design myself since I despise my catapult heh so more or less its for that.

As for the Snatch/integrated bevertail, it'd be nice but in the case of the tail, a bit of extra work that seems unnessecary considering most people are gonna have a tail or snatch grip anyway.

I only get to use the CNC's really early in the morning and if you count program time (which isn't to bad) and tooling setup, I need to get on and off quickly, so frills are sorta out of the question unless I start plunking down extra money (currently materials only) to take up usefull machine time.

Grips wise as stated above, Angel grips.

Something like this?

That´s a custom 90° Frame (89°, 88° whatever due to copyright regulations) made by a guy over here in Germany. He´s also done some halfblock cockers all by himself, i.e. designing them from a stock cocker body, programming the cnc, having it custom eloxed and everything. Halfblocks are really rare over here...

Check his website: TX Tuning and maybe contact him for some advice. (Click the "Kontakt" Link on the page, there ought to be an email there...just tell him you´re from the US)

Sorta, but that looks like a really wide frame, and those are definatly custom grips to fit it, I want to go with Angel IR3s, which are significantly slimer, my guess is he didn't want to have to make a custom trigger for it so he angled the board in so it could still accept the standard trigger through the optical sensor.

Besides which I don't have the money to make custom grips =P

Anyway its more of a personal project than anything else but like I said I should have a few for sale.

More or less thats the Trigger guard I was envisioning or maybe Ego Style. Thanks for the pic.

edit: That midblock he did looks very nice, is that a Freeflow body? and the Ram Placement is unique, I don't know if I would want air lines running that far personally.
