I don't think that you need to use allen wrenchs with a ram. Do you mean the hammer? If you mean the hammer, it is a 1/8 allen wrench.

Is it a long enought allen wrence? i have a black 2k3 also...and my hammer isn't catching very well....But you could try taking off the backblock and then putting it in.

Just take out the bolt and wiggle it around until it slips in there, I have trouble adjusting my lug sometimes but it will go in eventually.

take the bolt out, stick the allen wrench in the top hole and look in the chamber where the bolt used to be. you will see another hole on the bottom of this chamber, and the allen wrench should go in there. when it stops you have kit the hammer. push/pull the cocking rod back and forth slowly while wiggling the allen wrench, and eventually you will feel it drop in. theres no need to put the bolt back in after making adjustments, you dont even need the gun aired up for this part. just keep at it untill you get it adjusted right and then put the bolt back in. you will probablly also need to make adjustments to your timing rod after doing this.
