wgp hinge frame and dye stickies

ive been looking at pictures of autocockers and noticed that sometimes the dye grips dont line up right with the trigger frame. the little "spikes" on the back stick out before the frame starts to curve. and then i see other pictures of the same wgp hinge frame where the spikes do line up with the curves of the frame. why is that?

You can cut the grips to make them fit in whichever way you see fit.

they arent cut... it looks more like they are either different sizes or stretched out about an inch and a half. now that i think about it i remember seeing somewhere that dye stickies are kinda flexible... but do they really stretch out that much?

Dye stickies are very stretchy, and they fit great on almost all .45 frames.
