Save for an E2, you will have a much easier time selling it in 3-4 months, trust me

What year cocker do you have, becuase you will have a hell of a time getting an older bodied WGP cocker tapped out for the clamping feedneck.

there are a few things you will need if you get an eblade like a new ram and a lighter bolt, and maybe even a new hammer. a new valve wont do alot. it may lower your operating pressure, but operating pressure is in no way directly linked to air effeciency. spring kit is a must. for the bolt, supafly is not that great, get a slik edge III. it is only 15.7 grams and is about the same price, i cant see any reason for buying the supafly at all...

but its up to you. cockers are a huge money pit, you just have to decide on whats most important and what you really want out of it.

I would suggest an eblade. E1 or E2 whatever you can afford. upgrade other parts as you need to. the eblade will allow you to see what is needed after that.
