is it possible to put a e2 board in a e1 frame?? would i need to do any custom work or does it fit right in?

u could buy the zero b board which just drops right into the frame of an e1 and has the same features of the e2. check it out on the eclipse website

Well, the Zero B board is basically the same as the E2 board.
