hurray i finally got a cocker (and i got it for $105 shipped

)

i dont have it yet but will be getting it soon

-The guy didnt state the year, so can anyone tell me what year it is

- and he said it needed to be timed, im new to cockers so can someone tell me how to time it

it's also right feed. so if you get an eblade (pretty sure you want one) you can't have eyes

I think that's a 2k actually. Is it stock? It's hard to tell, the pic is a bit blurry. Go to the thread at top of this cocker forum, it'll have link(s) on how to time it.

From the looks it's a boomstick, or ultralite (which are the same, one is just steel, the other aluminum). It's a good gun for recball. Try not to spend money on it, a right feed cocker is a dead end since, like burning cow said, you can't put eyes on, which means it would be very silly to put an e-frame on on it, which in turns means you will be destroyed on the speedball field with that gun

we would need to see the other side of the gun. if the right side is flat, its 2k, but if it has a portion milled out similar to the left side, its probablly a 2k2.

I still got my money on that it's a 2k2. I saw a 2k cocker at the field and it had a more triangular back part thingy.

I've seen a 2k1's, and my old gun was a 2k. That's a 2k. Of course better pictures would be good, I'm still 100%.

stock? i guess

what do you think looks better the drop on my tippy

or the one on the cocker

Neither drop goes with the flow of either gun to me.

If those pneu's are stock, you'll want to upgrade them eventually; get a Nexus ram, palmers rock reg, and a shocktech bomb and you'll be doing pretty good. When it comes time to get a better cocker that you can slap an eblade on, twist those puppies off and stick 'em on the new gun. No offense, but that drop looks like crap on the cocker, get something a little less dull.

eh. saw a video of a mag with the power feed rapid firing pretty fast with the old gear driven halo. chopped 1 though.
