the little ram the trigger pulls back in is sticking back i dont know why anything i could do to fix that

1. put a little grease on trigger plate
2. make sure the trigger spring is positioned correctly and is not worn out. replace if needed

I had the same problem when my front block got twisted to the left. Loosen that screw up SLIGHTLY and tweak with it until your trigger pulls smoothly. Then hold it there and tighten the screw back up.

Yeah, that's the best thing to do w/ a cocker when you don't know what's wrong, especially if you're not familiar with them...

when he pulls the trigger back the actuating rod sticks and wont let the trigger go forward. at least i think thats what he tried to say...

Oh... then he needs to oil his 3-way.

Oiling your 3-way won't help if it's in the wrong position. There's too much force to one side on the trigger actuating rod; This can be easily solved by moving the whole front block either to the left or to the right.

You can't move the front block left or right, you can rotate it left or right. If that was the case it probably wouldn't stick, it would just not move it all. But that is a possibility.
