Hello. I was comparing my 03 cocker to my friends 04. Both are prostocks. I noticed one possible problem with mine. No air is in the gun, when I cock it, and pull the trigger, the shot sounds really weak compared the 04. And when I put air in it, my shot is a lot less powerful both under 250 fps. Does my cocker need timed? or is there no problem?

Righto, take a 3/16 allen and turn your IVG nut (the thing the cocking rod goes through in the back) about 1/4 a turn, screw back in the cocking rod and that should do it. If it's still shooting a bit slow, turn it up a tiny bit more and repeat etc.

When your gun doesnt shoot paint/sounds weird, somethings wrong.
