if you take a look at the back of that front block you will notice the sqaured recess. that is to accomidate a stock bottom tube. Most cockers leave that sqaure to reduce any side to side wobble on the front block. On my last orracle, the one that I minied, I had a small problem with that type of wabble becaue the orracle milling was directly in the mounting place for the front block.
To answer your question, no milling would be required for that front block, and any milling you want to do, you may want to keep that fact in mind. Mine was more of an issue because the regulator was attached to it, it was really easy to "tweak it" on a slide or dive move. If yours is a full body then you may not have the issues I did w/ wabble. The only other factor to consider is a good surface for the airscrew oring to seal against.
I hope that gives you enough info to make an informed decision on which way to go.
good luck!
the only milling im planning on is on the side, but i need to know what is the minimum diameter i need left over. and thanks for the help with the valve problem
