okay. Dye ultralite barrel, CCM low or no-rise feedneck, CP unimount (if you want), CP shorty reg (not sure if they make it for karni's) or regular sized CP reg, CP roller trigger, Oscar Meyer weiners with cheese fill.

If money isnt a problem...
Half block the cocker

On off uni mount
CP reg (short will work as far as I know)
SM1 or Stiffi Barrel Kit
MQ Valve
feed neck of your choice
List can go on and on

NO!! There are some cockers you should never half, and the karni is one of them!! At most, midblock it.
And tippy ninja, if you put a swivel macro on the CP it will act nearly the same as the swivel on the karni... except it will be more consistant Or you could just a straight one on and it won't need to swivel at all.
Anyways... I'd suggest a better ram and LPR, maybe a new reg, if you don't like the trigger, then replace it with either the samurai or an FBM, and... that's all you really need IMO.

I put a micro rock LPR, sidewinder HPR, eclipse ram (w/ jaggy/gatorade mod) and an MQ valve. I also made my own ICS rod and mq spacer. oh and I threw the stock e frame away and installed a complete e2 w/ v 1.10.

MQ-Valve made the largest difference by far of the upgrades I've done which are pretty extensive.
That and well obviously a barrel kit.
Things that were just fine that I replaced for kicks...
pretty much everything else but the board, and only so I didn't have to recharge or replace batteries as often :P
Speaking of MQ-Valves tho.. the machining on them is horrifyingly bad I'm amazed they let them go out like that... but it works so whatever :P
