my sear solenoid sticks

on my cocker my sear solenoid sticks after about20 minutes of no fireing. When i want to shoot i have to pull the trigger about 3-4 times to get it to start shooting. i tryed cleaning it, it has a fresh battery,pro shops cost money.
btw it is a E cocker.

Check your lug depth for the "easy fix" if the lug is set correctly, then you may need to check the plunger travel. go to section B-13 in the manual for a guide to doing this.

other than that are you getting any other symptoms? like very short battery life? Other symptoms may help us diagnose it as a different issue all together. (for example poor battery life could mean there is a short or the transistor is loose on your board.)
everything snugged up properly in the grip frame?
