pressure adjustment

i need to know how to change the pressure going into my inline regulator, a black magic. when you have your marker upside down, and look down at the bottom of the reg, where the allen head is, do you turn clockwise or counterclockwise to raise pressure?

Wait, you need to change the pressure going INTO your inline reg? AKA the tank pressure? Normally that cant be changed because in most cases tanks just have preset output pressures.

no into the gun itself, coming out of the reg. thanks, question answered. i turned it up to 375, and turned the velocity down in hopes of better efficiency. i only get 700 shots out of my 45, need about a hundred to 200 more to be satisfied. any ideas for upgrades for better efficiency. the freeflow valve did nothing, im about to just cut my losses and get a spare 45/3000 tank for when i run out of air.
