No, the M1 is what used to be called the Dragun Dragunfly. It's a spyder barrelled, modified spyder-valved minicocker. It has STO/EVO length bolts (despite not being p-blocked) which are slightly higher OD than a cocker bolt (requiring o-ringed bolt if you replace with a cocker bolt), and stock has metric threading. The LPR is one of the cheapest designs and will always have more variance to it than the high quality ones. The ram is smooth, but not light. The 3-way is actually pretty decent, I always liked my dragunfly 3-way. It does have a threaded feed, although I'm not sure of the threading. If you replace the frame, they DO NOT have the 3rd hole in the body for a beavertail, so you have to make sure to get a frame that has it integrated into it since most places do require that for cockers. While it can be made into a very nice gun, STOCK, they're nothing like an orry or black magic. Not that they're bad, I had 2 of them, 1 I traded for a dragunfly led and the other got stolen (I had it working NICE).
