Jim With A Question About An Autococker!?!?! Whhaaat!?!

haha. Alrighty, now I've been out of cocker for QUITE some time and I had a question that has prolly been asked 3494556^3 times but I'm asking it again so leave me alone.

I've seen this link: WGP SuperStock AutoCocker Paintball Marker at Paintball-Online.com thrown around a lot, and to be honest, $140 for an electro WGP cocker has struck my interest.

Now, is that the E2 on there, or some cheap ass frame?

WGP Black Magic Autococker at Paintball-Online.com

I've also been looking that that bad boy, and $240 doesn't seam too bad for a BM cocker either.

So I guess my question is, are these just cheaply made, or is the cocker industry finally going down the toilet and everyones trying to get rid of the ones they have?

If thats the case, I better buy my cocker now before its too late

Hey jim. I just so happened to order the gun in your first link Monday, so it should be here in a day or so. I paid $10 more though, but I got it from AV.

I can give you better details about it later, but, from what I understand the frames on them are WGP's version of the E2's. So I am not sure how the quality and stuff will be on them. I liked the E2 when I had it, so when this gun gets here I will compare them.

Now for the BM, if I had known it was that cheap and found that website, I would have wanted to buy it, but I am a little short on cash.

Yes, Select Fire frame. No adjustments, a single membrane pad instead of real buttons, and led lights instead of any form of a display. Takes e1 triggers (although it's triggers don't work in an e1). Not BAD, but like most all membrane pad-based frames, they have reliability issues.

So can they be electronically timed via the frame or no?

And, are they worth buying and upgrading as a prmary gun?

No timing options. What it's set to is what it's set to, unless you get it flashed with the predator code, then it's fully adjustable (counting blinks...)

Are they worth buying? yes, they're very comfortable, good speed stock settings, and the trigger is personally the best on any of the e1/e2/worrframe STOCK.

Are they good for your primary? Well, depends. If you're a rec-baller, no doubt they're fine. If you still like to hit the occassional tourney, they can service for it, and they're fast enough, but unless you're getting it predatored, it can't take advantage of other improvements on your gun such as QEV's. Also, there is doubt if it would work with an mq. So I'd say possibly in that condition.
