I am just guessing, but a 99 LF custom anno'd/mill'd cocker? My buddy had an old cocker similar to that(minus the milling and anno), but I can't remember what year it was... All stock front block so I can only imagine that that wasn't a special edition or anything. Could be a 98 as well.

It that a PTP powerfeed cocker? The detent makes me think so.. But I don't know cockers that well, so I certainly could be wrong.
