Please Help Me!

hello everyone i have an autococker with mostly custom parts but i found 1 proble i have a dead-on drop forward w/ on/off valve and it connects a small black tube for the air up to a pure enery handle. problem is that when i scre the tank in a little air leaks frome the handle area. it sounds n feels like its coming from the adj. hole or from a peice in the handle.the screws are sealed so no air escapes from there.
any ideas on what i could try to fix it of what it could be.

thank you very much if you help me out..

Try reapplying some teflon tape to the fitting (that means taking off the old tape too).
