the midblock option is more appealing to me, and i have no problems with the front block so i think i will avoid hacking into it

hey, what is the stock reg on the superstock? is it worth keeping? i can get a hyper 2 for $40 now, or get a hyper 3 for $90 and put the hyper 2 from the dm6 onto the superstock, think it would be worth it?

o and one more thing, that minied midgeted halfblock above, what trigger is that?

Not sure on the trigger.

The stock SS reg I do believe is the Black Magic reg. All WGP regs are identical though, only their milling and ability to be externally adjusted differs them. They're not BAD regs, but I'd take a Hyper 2 over one any day.

WGP regs are great with co2 though.
I have one on each of my snipers.

I have a few friends that use co2, im sure one of them would love a reg

does anyone have any leads as to how i can find out which trigger that is?, it looks close to the shape of my dm6 trigger and i really like the trigger on my 6

The stock wgp prostock regulator isn't bad, works well on CO2 but even after much breaking in it's still giving me a +/-10fps difference between shots.

so last night i was messin with the cocker, i think i had the LPR way too high on sat. i turned it down to an acceptable level, a lot less kick, but as soon as i took it off of training mode and onto semi, i noticed it wasnt firing everytime it cycled the bolt, any ideas?

also, while working on it the detent shot out, but that only made me think of a question, do i even need the detent?

It prevents double feeding. Just blue locktite it.

The not firing every time can be lots of stuff. Low battery (most likely), hammer sear too low, cocking rod not allowing the backblock to come far enough back, or of course, it could even be the LPR is TOO low now.

um miller, you do remember what i did to this thing right? no sear, and cocking rod is only there to keep the back block from rotoating, ill try the battery even though the e2 says its still good. how could the LPR be affecting the oporation of the MQ2?

and on the detent, with the eyes on wouldnt the board prevent double feeding? i mean as soon as it sences paint it closes the bolt so shouldnt that do it?

I didn't remember you already had the MQ...I thought you were still planning to get it. I have lots of people ask about cockers, and lots of them are planning on going MQ.
In that case, it's most likely the battery, or a wire loose. It could POSSIBLY be the timing on the board...but REALLY low likelihood of that.

For the detents, IN THEORY, it will close as soon as it detects. However it you're using something like a Rotor, that's got all that force behind it, it may push the first forward and start feeding a second by the time the bolt manages to close...and then you have a mess. You don't want to run without a detent unless you're going to run agitated and lower hoppers only.

alright i have another detent, they are just $12 a piece so i dont want to be burning through them the stock one fit like crap so i replaced it and am still having to use an o-ring to keep it from hitting the bolt

ya i got the e2 and the mq2 in the same auction. they went on it a few days apart (needed the shop to pull the valve) so now i am just trying to adjust everything
