im new to cockers and i have a question
are all autockocker bolts the same?
or do different cockers use diff size bolts because im wanting to get a new bolt for my trilogy sport

Pre 2K autocockers use a longer bolt than 2k+ cockers. Evolution, or P-block autocockers use a SHORTER bolt than 2k+ cockers (even the ones from before 2K). All other cockers use standard bolts. You would want a standard 2K+ bolt.

Half-blocked cockers have the shortest bolt. and it will very depending on who did the half blocking

MOST, yes. The closest to a standard for half/mid blocks would be the Black Magic/JOLE that used the same bolt.
